The equipment obtained is critically important for maintaining the continuity of laboratory quality control processes for medicines and medical devices, directly affecting the quality of research conducted and, consequently, the quality and safety of medicines and medical products, as well as consumer safety.<\/p>\n<p>The State Enterprise \u201cCentral Laboratory for Quality Control of Medicines and Medical Products\u201d is the only Ukrainian laboratory that is a full member of the General European Network of Official Medicines Control Laboratories, which it has been part of since 2012. Providing the laboratory with appropriate equipment ensures not only energy independence but also compliance with high international standards of reliability of results.<\/p>\n<p>The laboratory is systematically working to strengthen its resilience and develop its infrastructure in line with European approaches.<\/p>\n<p>Special thanks to the Red Cross for ensuring the full supply cycle of the equipment in the shortest possible time \u2014 from sourcing to delivery and installation. This is a planned measure related to the transitional period.<\/p><p>In accordance with Part 6 of Article 4 of the Law of Ukraine \u201cOn State Registration of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations\u201d: \u201cIn case of transformation of legal entities, state registration of the termination of the legal entity being terminated as a result of transformation and state registration of the newly established legal entity shall be carried out. The transformation shall be deemed completed from the date of state registration of the newly established legal entity.\u201d<\/p><p>Accordingly, as of 23 February 2026, the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations (hereinafter \u2013 the Unified State Register) contains, with respect to the Enterprise, the following entry in the section \u201cInformation on the Legal Entity Being in the Process of Termination\u201d: \u201c\u2026 in the state of termination \u2026 Entry of the founder\u2019s decision on termination of the legal entity as a result of reorganization.\u201d<\/p><p>Please be advised that during the transitional period and thereafter, the Enterprise continues to operate in its regular mode, fulfilling its previously assumed and current contractual obligations. The same applies to prospective cooperation \u2013 it is planned and will continue in the ordinary course of business. During and after the transitional period, the Enterprise retains its accreditation by the National Accreditation Agency of Ukraine (NAAU), its current licenses and certifications, its status as an authorized OMCL granted by the State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control, as well as its membership in GEON \/ EDQM.<\/p><p>The entry indicating that the legal entity is in the process of termination does not imply liquidation of the Enterprise but reflects the transformation procedure through reorganization.
